Navigating Our Privacy Policy

At Optimum Energy LLC (“Optimum”, “we”, “us” or “our”), we care about how your personal information is used and shared. We respect your right to privacy and we recognize that users of our website (“Site”) need to understand and control the uses of their personal information. The Privacy Statement below describes our collection of information in connection with the Site, and explains how we use and disclose this information.

What Personally Identifiable Information Do We Collect, and How Do We Collect It?

We receive and store any information you voluntarily enter on our Site or otherwise provide to us (e.g., by filling out a form), including information that is generated by your activities on our Site. “Personally identifiable information,” as used in this Privacy Statement, is information that can be linked to an individual, such as a person’s name, address, or email address. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. We will use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Site. Your IP address also may be used to gather broad demographic information.


A “cookie” is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain websites. We may use cookies supplied by your browser or by third-party add-ins, such as Flash. We currently only use “session cookies” which helps us ensure that you are recognized as you move from page to page within our Site. These cookies do not enable third parties to access any of your personally identifiable information. Additionally, be aware that if you visit other websites, you may be required to accept cookies. How Do We Use Your Personally Identifiable Information?

In the event that we are acquired by another company, your personal information may be part of the assets transferred to the acquiring party. The Site is hosted in and provided from the United States. If you use our Site from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States.
