NSF PIRE Workshop on District/Building Energy and Sustainability | November 2-3, 2026

The NSF PIRE Workshop and Bootcamp on District/Building Energy and Sustainability brings together researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, utility representatives, and students from Arizona State University, Penn State University, Temple University, and Texas A&M University. This year’s theme, From Data to Decision, spans district heat pump systems, building decarbonization, and AI-enabled control and optimization.

Jason Whittier, Vice President of Product Development, joins the Industry Panel on Monday, November 2, alongside Chris Gray of EcoSmart Solution and Stet Sanborn of SmithGroup, facilitated by Christina Rosan of Temple University. Kevin White, Senior Director, Strategic Accounts, is also attending.
