Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field as appropriate.
- Experience: 15+ years or more experience in designing / selling building systems, energy
modeling, construction, or facility management. - Technical Knowledge: Undergrad experience performing building modeling preferred (example
IAC program) Function-specific licenses or certifications preferred (e.g., Professional Engineering
license, CEM etc.) - Travel: Ability to travel approximately 20% – 40%.
Annual Base Salary Range: $130,000- $210,000
$145,000 – $156,000
Annual Salary
Technical college or trade certification, or high school diploma with 10 years of construction management and/or Superintendent experience
10+ years of site management in non-residential building construction with a focus on industrial mechanical, electrical, and controls. Manufacturing or higher education facilities a plus.
Commercial chilled water systems, controls, and central plant infrastructure experience preferred
MEP Trade certifications, NCCER in Mechanical, Electrical, Rigging, Safety, and National Craft Assessment Program credentials
Up to 75%, supporting project sites nationwide
