Build the Future of Energy Infrastructure

We are looking for people who are excited about technology and building better outcomes for our clients. Do you want to be part of a holistic energy infrastructure solutions company specializing in energy as a service? We optimize entire building energy ecosystems at the most complex and critical campuses in the country, from academic medical centers and university research facilities to advanced manufacturing plants. With over 20 years and more than 300 sites, we have owned the full lifecycle: master planning, engineering design, financing, construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations and maintenance.

We are remote first with offices in Seattle and Baton Rouge and team members coast to coast. Join us.

Built Different the Optimum Energy Culture

Walk into any room at Optimum Energy and you will be surrounded by inventors, builders, and operators with decades of experience who refuse to settle for the standard industry answer when a better one exists. Engineers who hold patents. Financial modelers who structure deals no one else in the industry can. Controls specialists and data scientists who build the tools that keep entire campuses running. They are here because good enough is not in their vocabulary, because the work actually matches the standard they hold themselves to, and because they want to be surrounded by people who care more about the right outcome than the easy one. If there is a better way, we find it. If there is a new way, we build it. We have the experience and the intelligence to back it up, and we push further because that is what our clients deserve.

Coast to Coast. Clients Worldwide.

Remote first with team members working across the country, serving clients from major U.S. health systems and research universities to advanced manufacturing operations around the world.
