Through optimization technology, engineering expertise, and operational analytics, we enable clients to reduce energy consumption and associated Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. Our solutions improve system performance and efficiency while maintaining reliability in mission-critical environments.
Responsible Internal Resource Use
We apply responsible resource management practices across our internal operations, including hardware lifecycle management, electronic recycling, and policies designed to reduce material and energy waste. Travel and procurement practices are evaluated with efficiency and environmental impact in mind.
Reducing Waste Through Optimization
We help clients reduce waste by improving system performance, reducing inefficiencies, and extending asset life. Our technology and expertise support more efficient use of energy and resources across client facilities.
Accountability and Continuous Improvement

According to the International Energy Agency, building operations account for 30% of global final energy consumption and 26% of global energy-related emissions (with 8% coming directly from buildings and 18% indirectly from the production of electricity and heat they consume). We are making strides and advancing our mission by empowering clients to optimize energy use, lower costs, and significantly reduce CO₂ emissions, demonstrating how together technology-driven optimization creates measurable impact on both sustainability and financial performance. In 2024, our operations produced zero Scope 1 emissions, which are direct emissions from sources we own or control.
Our Seattle headquarters operated at 66% lower energy intensity than the industry average in 2024.
Even as our team and HQ grew in 2024, emissions per employee dropped approximately 46.5% since 2023.
