As a web-based measurement, verification and management service, OptimumMVM acts as a continuous feedback loop to provide operators with detailed real-time and historical performance data. This allows operators to quickly detect, diagnose, and resolve HVAC system faults as they occur. With information from OptimumMVM, facility operators can prevent system performance degradation, helping to ensure sustainable long-term saving.

At the core of OptimumMVM is its performance database, which consists of equipment data points (typically hundreds of points per system) that are captured by the OE hardware located at the facility and transmitted via virtual private network connections to our secure servers. This data is stored in a real-time database used for the at-a-glance dashboard and in a reporting database that provides historical measurement and verification reporting and analysis capabilities.

OptimumMVM provides real-time visibility into equipment performance. User-friendly dashboard and plant overview screens show current equipment status, and trend charts enable fast analysis and diagnosis of system faults. It automatically generates supervisory level alarms that inform plant operators and our technicians when equipment is not running at optimal set points. With OptimumMVM, it’s possible to troubleshoot system faults without a physical inspection of the plant. As part of ongoing OptimumMVM service, customers receive periodic reports summarizing energy savings, and providing maintenance recommendations to sustain efficiency.
