- OptimumMVM is a web-based measurement, verification and management software as a service (SaaS) platform. OptimumMVM acts as a continuous feedback loop that provides detailed, real-time and historical performance information enabling operators to quickly detect, diagnose and resolve system faults as they occur. Additionally it provides 24/7 access to efficiency performance metrics critical to benchmarking and maintaining efficient operation year after year.
- OptimumLOOP is patented, state-of-the-art configurable control software that provides continuous, system-level optimization of centrifugal chilled water plants. Its relational control algorithms automatically calculate the most efficient operation of an entire chilled water system to minimize total system kW/ton.
- OptimumTRAV is patented, state-of-the-art configurable control software that provides continuous, system level optimization of direct digital controlled (DDC) variable air volume for greater efficiency and higher performance. Its efficiency algorithms automatically regulate airflow to deliver precise airflow while using less fan power, less chilled water, and less heating energy to meet temperature, humidity and CO2 airflow requirements.
