On Sunday, November 13, Optimum Energy will be presenting at the districtCOOLING in Dubai during the, “Best Practices in District Cooling System Design, Operation and Optimization” workshop. Eric Toback, Optimum Energy’s Director, Project Development, will be covering innovative tools and approaches to optimize systems performance via critical design parameters, operational best practices and measurement/control at the central plant and connected buildings with industry expert Juan Ontiveros, Associate VP for Utilities, Energy and Facilities Management, University of Texas Austin.
